I PHONE VIEWS

I phone is a lightweight and small portable device, has three powerful functions: Mobile,  I Pod, internet communications. I Phone also introduces  an entirely new user interface based on a large multi-touch display and pioneering new software, letting you control everything with just your finger, So it ushers in an era of software power and sophistication never before seen in a mobile device, completely redefining what you can do on a mobile phone.

It includes a 3.5-inch 480 x 320 touch screen display with multi-touch support and a proximity sensor to turn off the screen when it's close to your face, 2 mega pixel cam, 4GB or 8 GB of storage, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR and A2DP, WIFI that automatically engages when in range, and quad-band GSM radio with EDGE.

Apple quotes 5 hours of battery life for talk or video, with a full 16 hours in music mode.

The 4GB I Phone will go out the door in the US as a singular exclusive for $499 on a two-year contract, 8GB for $599. Ships Stateside in June, Europe in fourth quarter, Asia in 2008.Reaction to the announcement has been mixed. Many Apple faithful were hoping for a 6th generation I Pod rather than a $500-$600 touch screen phone.
I think that I Phone isn't a phone or an I Pod. I Phone is a portable device, which combines three products -- a revolutionary mobile phone, a widescreen I Pod with touch controls, and a breakthrough Internet communications with desktop-class email, web browsing, maps, and searching. In short, I Phone is pretty cool than any other portable devices.
Looking forward to I Phone release
